About Questionnaire for Principals and Teachers about Organizational Climate

The questionnaire (Appendix ‘A’) consisted of total 30 items about organizational climate based upon 5 point likert scale. First 16 items of the questionnaire were regarding the principal behavior aspects (aloofness, production emphasis, thrust and consideration) and remaining 14 items were regarding the teachers behavior aspects (disengagement, hindrance, esprit and intimacy). This questionnaire developed for teachers and principals asked for the information regarding their gender and experience (teaching, administration). Conceptual framework of organizational climate description questionnaire (questionnaire for principals and teachers) is shown in figure 4 on next page.
