Psychosomatic Pain due to Co-Presence of Non-Human Alter

We’ve been having a lot of body pain today and yesterday that I’m just now suspecting may be co-presence of an alter I’ve been trying to establish better communication with. This part has a metal body. I have no idea how to make the pain go away, but it feels very bad. We’ve tried pain medication, stretching, a hot pack, talking to the part. Communication still isn’t great.

Doesn’t anyone have experience with this sort of thing? What helped?

Also, we haven’t spoken to a doctor to rule out a physical condition. This only started yesterday. We are keeping an eye on it and may consult with a doctor if it keeps up, but it seems like it’s alter-related.
