Nancy McWilliams, Ph.D. is an internationally acclaimed author and speaker, who has greatly influenced the field of mental health. She teaches at the Graduate School of Applied & Professional Psychology at Rutgers University, is the author of four books and numerous articles about psychoanalytic diagnosis, case formulation, psychotherapy, and personality structure. She is Past President of the Division of Psychoanalysis of the American Psychological Association. She earned her Ph.D. at Rutgers University, and has been the recipient of many awards, acknowledging her great contributions to the field of psychology.
